We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities, in line with the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (RA 7277, as amended) and international practice.

Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We check the website with automated tools and by keyboard, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link, visible keyboard focus and keyboard use of menus and dialogs
• Text and controls with sufficient colour contrast
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Pages that can be zoomed and reflow on small screens
• Animations that stop or are simplified when your device is set to reduce motion
• Form fields with labels and error messages

Known limitations

• The aerial flyover and the interactive maps work best with a pointer.
• Some animated sections may not be fully accessible to every assistive technology.
