These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Blue Everest Asset Group Holding, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information only, not an offer

This website provides general information about our villa projects, including Prime Villas in Panglao, Bohol and Bali Villas. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a binding commitment by us. A sale becomes binding only through a written reservation agreement and contract signed by both parties, and only those documents set out the terms of a purchase.

2. Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep the information accurate, but the projects are under development and details change. Prices, availability, payment terms, floor areas, specifications, inclusions, amenities, completion dates and images may change without notice and are confirmed only in the contract documents. Peso amounts are estimates converted from US dollars at an indicative rate and are not quotes in pesos.

3. Not professional advice

Content about ownership structures, taxes, rental income and returns is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Please read our Disclaimer and take independent professional advice before making a decision.

4. Your use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully; to give true and accurate information in the inquiry form; not to send spam or harmful code; not to interfere with the website's security or operation; and not to copy, scrape or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, images, renderings, floor plans, videos, logos and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293) and international law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. “Blue Everest”, “Prime Villas”, “Bali Villas” and the related logos may not be used without our permission.

6. Third-party links and content

The website links to and uses services we do not control (for example WhatsApp, Facebook and Google). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content, from interruptions or errors, or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including the rights of consumers under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and of buyers under Presidential Decree No. 957 and Republic Act No. 6552 (Maceda Law), where they apply.
